VisionSR is a medical software company that produces a simple, versatile, and powerful multimedia structured reporting solution, called ViSionTM, for image-based medical disciplines including diagnostic radiology, pathology, cardiology, gastroenterology, and dermatology. The ViSion client-server software captures key images from any computer display, records an expert's voice descriptions of those findings, tags the images with metadata using a comprehensive ontology, and generates a multimedia structured report. ViSion links related findings in a database to generate disease timelines for each site of disease, and it assembles these disease timelines a composite report so that a patient's entire medical history can be accessed from a single view.
